Prévention

Les fistules peuvent être évitées et le meilleur programme " Fistules génitales" est donc celui où une chirurgie réparatrice est devenu inutile, parce que:

  • il n' ya plus de nouveaux cas de fistules.  
  • le nombre d' accouchements médicalement assistés augmente. 
  • le nombre de césarienne préventive augemente.
  • la mortalité périnatale diminue. 

Comment procédons nous :

  • par la promotion des soins prénataux
  • par la sensibilisation et information de la population
  • en collaborant avec l' administration locale de la santé 
  • en assurant que les mamans à terme pour accoucher puissent se rapprocher de l'hôpital et attendre l' accouchement en sécurité dans notre home (waiting maternity home)
