2016 a été une année de professionalisation pour notre entreprise sociale: bien que nous sommes encore très petits, nous essayons d' éviter l' amateurisme. Nous cherchons l' expertise professionelle pour soutenir nos activités en progrès. Dans ce but nous sommes allés 3 fois en mission pour les volets suivants:

1/ gestion d'entreprise avec consultant: Hubert Lemmens.

2/ développement de nouveaux produits à base de soja pour la boulangerie avec le consultant: Noel Haegens:

3/ gestion logicielle et applications de la carte fidélité avec le consultant Mr Theo Reymen

4/ développement de produits et techniques de séchages pour la section fruits-légumes: Lieve Vanrusselt

5/ recrutement de 2 nouveaux travailleurs

5/ soutien logistique: Jan Leemans.
